DEDICATED TO DIMINISHING
HOMELESSNESS AMONG CATS

Peyton’s Angels Worldwide Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the number of homeless cats through high-volume TNR.

WHAT IS
TNR?
TNR is the only humane and effective method of reducing the overpopulation of community cats. A community cat is any free roaming, unowned cat living outdoors. Community cats may be stray, meaning they are former pets who at some point got lost or intentionally abandoned, or they may be feral. Feral cats were born on the streets and never socialized to humans. They prefer to keep a distance and will usually hide, although overtime they often develop a close bond and trust with their human caretakers.
IT IS ESTIMATED THAT OVER 100 MILLION HOMELESS CATS EXIST IN THE UNITED STATES.
One unaltered male and one unaltered female can result in the production of 2 million kittens over the course of 8 years. TNR involves humanely trapping community cats for sterilization and vaccination before returning them to their outdoor homes. TNR effectively reduces the number of kittens born to suffer on the streets and the spread of feline diseases within community cat colonies.

OUR MISSION
Peyton’s Angels’ mission is to sterilize up to 100 community cats per month by hosting weekly TNR clinics for the community cats of OC and LA counties.

THE POWER OF
COMMUNITY
We work with Community cat caretakers to make sure all cats are sterilized, vaccinated and healthy. We provide assistance for food and basic medicines/supplements when needed, and we help to rehome kittens and friendly strays via our partner rescues. We understand that the overpopulation crisis begins in the home, so we also offer spay/neuter assistance for pets belonging to low income families. We dream of a world where there is no such thing as a homeless cat. With strong community support, we can get closer to this goal one spay/neuter day at a time!
